Approving Glosses

Glosses require approval before they are considered valid for use in the Reader's Bible. This allows glosses that need a second opinion to be entered, but not approved. Revoking a gloss removes its approved status which also removes it from suggestions in other verses, from the Reader's Bible, and the data export for use in other systems.

To approve a gloss, enter the gloss into the text box, and then either press Enter or click the green check button. The gloss will be saved and marked as approved.

To revoke a gloss, select the gloss text box, and then either press Escape or click the red revoke button. The gloss will be marked as unapproved, but the gloss will still be saved.
